In the wine cellar, we have our own kitchen with 20 seats and up to 4,000 bottles of wine lined up ready for you to taste.

Focus on local produce
Our menu is made from the best the season has to offer. You'll taste fresh fish and shellfish from local fishermen and fish farms, along with fresh and crispy vegetables and beetroot from Jæren, as well as cured meats and other meats developed in collaboration with local farmers and food producers.
