Facilities and equipment
We are proud to present comfortable conference rooms, an atmospheric boardroom, a renowned kitchen, restaurant, lobby bar, lounge bar and an intimate and cozy wine cellar. An ideal starting point for all types of events. We have the equipment you need for your conferences and parties.
Audio and video
We have modern equipment available in all meeting rooms. If you need something extra, just talk to us. For the really big presentations, we can recommend Grand Scene with its own 6-metre LED screen and seating for 160 people.
Activities and speakers
We can help organise activities outside the conference itself. For example, we can offer brewery tours at Berentsens Brygghus, city walks, electric bike hire and fishing trips.
We are also pleased to be able to offer talks, music and entertainment by local artists.
Eigra Kitchen & Bar
For lunch and dinner, we highly recommend a good meal in Eigra. Here we prepare food based on good local ingredients, and dinner is prepared on a charcoal grill. If you wish to eat in your own premises, this is also possible.
Eigra wine cellar
If you want an evening with a more exclusive experience, we recommend trying Eigra Vinkjeller. This is a closed restaurant in our basement with space for up to 20 people. Here we serve a tasting menu where you can also order an accompanying wine package if you wish. If you do not want the wine package, there are 4000 wine bottles to choose from.
Eigra bar
When the day and meeting are over, we have our fantastic bar in the basement. Here you can retreat and be served tasty cocktails, local beer and wine.
This is also a venue that can be used for entertainment, quizzes, lectures or other things if you want a room to retreat to.
