Welcome to Egersund Seafood Festival

4 - 6 February 2027

Organised for the first time in February 2024, the festival is open to anyone interested in good food and drink. Egersund is one of Norway's largest fishing harbours, and the festival is held in winter when the seafood is at its best. We promise unique flavour experiences with the best the sea has to offer and much more.

Together with our partners, we can present a rich programme including a food and drink fair, lunch with delicacies from the sea and a Winemakers dinner. There will be lectures with tastings of delicious seafood and good drinks in the form of wine, beer and cider.

Flavour train with
seafood and beverages

We invite you to join us on a taste train with exciting flavours of seafood and good drinks. Participants are divided into groups and go from place to place where they are served a seafood dish and a drink. Bring your colleagues or group of friends for an evening out!

More information about the programme

There will be a small quiz at each location that the group solves together, with a prize for the winning group. If you want to go together as a group, tickets must be purchased under a name. Otherwise, the groups will be mixed by the organiser.

Welcome to Egersund Seafood Festival's food and drink fair 2027! The exhibition area extends over two floors. The fair is open to anyone interested in good food and drink. When you buy a ticket, you can wander from stand to stand and taste delicacies, wine, beer and cider from Egersund Seafood Festival's partners.

Kitchen takeover med Aitor Lopez

Dette er en helaften du sent vil glemme. Kvelden byr på en unik kombinasjon av kitchen takeover og nøye utvalgte viner, skreddersydd til menyen. Sammen med kveldens gjester tar også kjøkkenteamet på Eigra del i opplevelsen.

Det serveres en eksklusiv sjømatmeny med tilhørende vinpakke, og alt ligger til rette for en minnerik kveld med smaker, stemning og faglig samspill i sentrum.

 

 I 2027 får vi besøk av kjøkkensjef Aitor Lopez fra den kjente Michelin restauranten Citrus del Tancat. Nylig har restauranten mottatt Repsol Suns (Soles Repsol), den mest prestisjetunge kulinariske prisen man kan få i Spania.

Aitor Lopez er kjøkkensjef og medskaper av restauranten Citrus del Tancat i Catalonia. Med bakgrunn fra blant annet Ricard Camarena og erfaring fra Michelin-restauranter, har han utviklet et personlig kjøkken med røtter i middelhavets smaker. Aitor legger stor vekt på lokale råvarer, bærekraft og rene, presise teknikker.
Dette arrangementet er et eksklusivt arrangement som feirer Repsol Suns (Soles Repsol), den mest prestisjefylte kulinariske prisen i Spania. Akkurat som Michelin-guiden definerer global fine dining, er Repsol Sun det ultimate stempelet på kvalitet, sjel og autentisitet innen spansk mat.
