Here you can enjoy hot Christmas food with ribs, pinnekjøtt, with traditional side dishes and an abundant dessert table. Available on Fridays and Saturdays in November and December. Served in the «Grand Christmas Restaurant» and for Christmas parties in our own venue. Must be booked in advance.

In December, we offer a Christmas lunch buffet with cold dishes, hot Christmas food, traditional side dishes and desserts.

Do you want your own venue?
Get in touch and we'll find a great venue for your Christmas party. For large parties, we recommend Konsulatet or Grand Scene, where you get your own food service, your own bar and waiters, as well as opportunities for your own entertainment. For smaller parties, we offer Vinkjelleren, Ankersalen and Losen.
Christmas village
There will be a big Christmas tree as always, and Father Christmas and Mrs Claus will be there. A great Christmas atmosphere is guaranteed in the streets of Egersund. Are you planning a Christmas party for a group of people who want to get away? Egersund is easily accessible whether you're travelling from Rogaland or Vest-Agder. Egersund is a short drive from Stavanger, Jæren, Dalane, Flekkefjord or Kristiansand. With 101 hotel rooms and facilities for parties of up to 150 people, Grand Hotell Egersund is a great venue for Christmas parties. The Christmas party season with us starts in early November.
The hotel is a full-service hotel and boasts its own wine and cocktail bar, Christmas parties in the wine cellar, as well as a number of other attractive function rooms, meeting and conference rooms. The hotel has several venues. We have 101 hotel rooms and are easily accessible by train from Stavanger and Kristiansand. The shops in the town centre have extended opening hours in December, which is perfect if you want to combine your visit to Egersund with some Christmas shopping.
