We offer delicious and luxurious food at our restaurant Eigra Kitchen & Bar. After a romantic dinner you can retire to one of our unique hotel rooms with a cosy atmosphere, a historic touch, a great bathroom and a lovely big bed. Breakfast the next morning is included in the price.
Romantic hotel stays are unavailable for booking during the Christmas party season. You are very welcome to join us for a romantic stay in January.

Romantic tours
Just outside the door of the hotel you can stroll hand in hand through the charming streets with one of Norway's best-preserved historic wooden towns. Here you'll find shopping opportunities, cosy cafés, outdoor seating and good restaurants.
If you're looking for a romantic walk on the beach, you can head to Skadbergsanden, take a walk to Eigerøy Lighthouse or stroll the short distance to Varberg mountain. The wonderful recreation and hiking area Vannbassengan is also highly recommended, and if you want a longer excursion, the popular Trollpikken is not far away. If you're not in the mood for a hike, we recommend stopping by the Egersund ice cream and chocolate factory, or attending a concert.
