Welcome to a full evening in Eigra with food and drinks
To kickstart "short-traveled" we are organizing a Winemaker's dinner, with locally sourced ingredients on the menu and carefully selected wines from Dosio Vigneti.
About Dosio Vigneti
Dosio was established in 1974, when they purchased a mid-19th century vineyard. Today they own 15 hectares of vineyards in the areas surrounding La Morra and Barolo, including Fossati, Bussia in Monforte d'Alba and Serradenari.
Respecting organic principles, all grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 20 kg crates. The grapes are destemmed, pressed and spontaneously fermented in steel tanks, where they are stored until spring. The wines are then matured in oak barrels of various sizes.
