At Eigra Kitchen & Bar you can enjoy delicious local food, prepared by chef Daniel André Lund Egholm.
Daniel grew up in Skien, but quickly moved to Stavanger after completing his apprenticeship. He started his career at NB Sørensen Annen Etage, where our head chef Sindre also served his apprenticeship. Daniel has extensive experience from recognised restaurants such as Bæst and Relæ in Copenhagen, and has worked as head chef at Villa22 for six years. Today he runs Matboden together with Karl Erik Pallesen.
We're looking forward to having Daniel with us for a whole evening, where he will prepare flavourful and local food for our guests.
