Part of Norwegian Scenic Routes
The Norwegian Scenic Routes consist of 18 selected stretches of road that run through landscapes with unique natural qualities, along coasts and fjords, mountains and waterfalls.
The coastal road along Jæren and Dalane is one of them. It takes you on a journey through unique cultural landscapes and idyllic coastal towns along the North Sea.
Norwegian Scenic Route Jæren stretches from Borestranda in the north to Flekkefjord in the south, passing through the town of Egersund.

Motorcenter Norway
Motorcenter Norway is located in the neighbouring municipality of Sokndal and features the most technical racing track in the Nordic region. The track offers 14 exciting bends with a height difference of 23 metres. Here you will get a unique driving experience in spectacular natural surroundings.
The facility also has Norway's only motocross hall and a large area for off-road driving.
The track meets international standards and is designed by APEX Circuit Design according to FIA Grade 3 and FIM Grade B. This guarantees a high level of safety for spectators and drivers.
