Tronåsen Grand Prix

Norway's most beautiful car race for vintage and sports cars.

The Tronåsen Grand Prix was established in 2022 with a test race with 30 cars. We repeated the success in 2023 with a sell-out and 50 cars, and in 2024 with 65 cars. In 2025, we ended up with 60 registered cars. The goal is to create a car race with a focus on community across car brands, year models and type of car. The common denominator is a passion for cars and fantastic driving experiences. This was well-received in our test race, where meeting across car makes and models was what was emphasised. Good car stories will be shared in the evening over a delicious dinner with good drinks.

The race itself and the route are inspired by Rally Monte Carlo, which went over Tronåsen in 1931. This is a spectacular route that must be experienced and driven. We divide the classes into veteran and sport, which will drive in 2 different routes. Everyone will start in Egersund, drive past Moi, Tronåsen in Lund, Sogndalstrand and back to the finish in Egersund.

We also hope that we can swing by Motorcenter Norway and take a lap around the marvellous course. This cannot be guaranteed and is a pure bonus.

Good car stories will be shared in the evening over a delicious dinner with good drinks.
