Takeover with Nicolai Lundsgaard and Xavier Vignon - Egersund Seafood Festival

Welcome to Egersund Seafood Festival takeover 2026!

This year's big attraction, head chef at the Royal Court, Nicolai Lundsgaard, is coming to Egersund to take over the kitchen at Eigra Kitchen & Bar for one evening.  

Nicolai Lundsgaard is originally Danish, but has made Norway his home for many years. He is well known in these parts, having worked as a chef and head chef at some of Stavanger's recognised restaurants; Craig's Kitchen, Tango Bar & Kitchen. He now works at the Royal Palace, and is a permanent member of the Norwegian Barbecue Team.

In addition, this evening we will be visited byXavier Vignon, known as one of the star winemakers in the Rhône. In 2009, his Châteauneuf-du-Pape was voted Sweden's best - and since then a long line of top reviews has followed.

Nicolai Lundsgaard and Xavier Vignon will give us an evening we won't soon forget. Joining them this evening are the chefs at Eigra. They will be serving an exclusive 8-course seafood menu including a wine package. We guarantee a memorable evening.
