Seafood and wine lunch
In collaboration with the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, Egersund Seafood Festival invites you to a networking lunch with seafood and wine tasting.
Geir Sølve Sleveland from Grand Hotell and Roar Hasle from Megabite explain the idea behind the Egersund Seafood Festival.
The kitchen at Eigra serves flavoursome dishes from the sea. There will be delicious samples of Sirdal trout and Telemark char. Under the auspices of Straen Vin, there will be a tasting of wines that go well with seafood.

Winemakers dinner with Buglioni
Experience an evening where Italy meets Norwegian seafood.
We will be visited by Mariano Buglioni from the highly recognised Italian wine producer Buglioni. The winery is located in the centre of the Valpolicella wine district in the Veneto region. It produces top quality red, white, rose and sparkling wines. Buglioni also owns exquisite restaurants in Valpolicella and Verona.

Shellfish plateau at Berentsens
In connection with the Egersund Seafood Festival, you can experience the best the sea has to offer, combined with local quality drinks.
Berentsens Brygghus will be serving a shellfish platter with lobster, crayfish, scallops, sea urchins, oysters, prawns and crab, with accompaniments. There will be a tasting of two beers and a cocktail to go with the food, as well as the opportunity to join a short guided tour for those who wish. The bar serves until 23:00.

The fair is open to anyone interested in good food and drink. If you buy a ticket, you can wander from stand to stand and taste delicacies, wine, beer and cider from Egersund Seafood Festival's partners. Price kr. 495 per ticket, which includes tastings of delicacies, wine, beer and cider from Egersund Seafood Festival's partners.

Takeover event with
Sabi Omakase/Enso
Michelin-starred restaurant Sabi Omakase/Enso is taking over the kitchen at Eigra this evening. We will be visited by head chef, Chef Ideree and restaurant manager, Operations & Beverage Manager Mario Nelson. Together with the chefs at Eigra, they will serve an exclusive 7-course sushi and seafood menu including a wine package. We guarantee a memorable evening.
