Cidermakers dinner
Experience an evening where local cider meets Norwegian seafood. Elodie and Jon from Eiane Gard in Ryfylke will visit us. The farm is renowned for its award-winning artisan ciders, made from apples from its own orchards. Eiane Gard combines traditional techniques with modern innovation to refine the apples into distinctive and flavoursome ciders.
The evening offers a 6-course seafood menu in Eigra Kitchen & Bar, where each dish is carefully matched to selected ciders from Eiane Gard.
